Vermont Homes for All Small Scale Development Workshop

Vermont Small-Scale Development Workshop: These single-day, in-person workshops will be held around the state and act as an introduction to small-scale development for those that are new to development or simply development-curious. Workshops will feature a mix of case studies and exercises focused on Vermont-specific development.  Vermonters that are new to development or are interested in supporting development in their communities are encouraged to register. DHCD will be running this workshop four times with the first taking place in Montpelier on February 21st then again in Middlebury on April 22nd, Brattleboro on June 22nd, and Lyndon on September 23rd.
