“Finding Home” at South Burlington Public Library
April is FAIR HOUSING MONTH in Vermont! To celebrate fair and equitable housing opportunities for all Vermonters, we will be offering the opportunity to make art about the idea of “Home”.
What: Create a mini work of art about "Home" at the South Burlington Public Library.
Use your own materials OR drop in for Watercolor Painting!
When: Tuesday, April 4th from 3-4:30pm; Friday April 14th 4-6pm; and Sunday April 26th 1-2pm
Enter your work in our Art Show!
AND Join for the reception on Saturday, ApriL 29th, 10:30am to 12:00pm in the Kidspace
Project kits will be available in the Kidspace. Pick up a kit with drawing and writing prompts through April and return by April 27th to be included in the Art show. Directions are in the kits.
Make your art at home or drop-in to the Katie O'Brien Activity Room to create watercolor paintings on:
Tuesday, April 4th from 3-4:30;
Thursday, April 13th from 4 -6pm;
Wednesday, April 26th from 1-2pm
Artwork and writing pieces can be included in an Art show with a reception for artists on Saturday, April 29th from 10:30 to 12:00.
