Fair Housing Friday: Why Aren’t We Building the Housing We Need?

“Why Aren’t We Building the Housing We Need?”

Featuring Katherine “Deac” Decarreau, ED Winooski Housing Authority; Nate Besio, Peer Advocate Counselor Coordinator VCIL; Carol Jaramillo. Community Builder Northgate Resident Owned Corp; and Bhagawat Poudyel, CVOEO Community Ambassador.

Why aren’t we building the housing we need? Fair Housing Fridays are a discussion between affordable housing advocates, community leaders, policy makers, and service providers around housing inclusivity. These interactive conversations are a space to reflect on what we are doing in our community that is working to further housing equity and what policies out there might we consider to do better. Fair Housing Fridays are an opportunity for audience members -people passionate and curious about housing, but not necessarily with a formal housing background- to ask questions.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
